Captain's villa is situated in the center of Istria, in the small village Rakalj, 25 km from the historic town of Pula.
Captain's Villa is an authentic luxury residence, which is located in a truly enviable position in the center of the unpolluted and preserved nature. Captain's villa is a wonderful building, with an attractive exterior and interior. Villa looks like a small castle hidden in the endless green scenery. The entire property of Captain's villa is inspired a special and magical fairy-tale atmosphere.
Property of the Captain's villa extends over 4000 m2 with pool and among many contents includes the building of villa that is made up of two spacious floors (ground floor and first floor).
Captain's villa has 5 bedrooms, number of beds 10, 4 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 10 people.
The ground floor of villa is made up of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, spacious living room with fireplace, dining room with exit into the courtyard of villa with swimming pool. On the ground floor area there are also a modern fully equipped bathroom and a beautiful lodge, that instead of two stone walls has two glass walls that makes this area look like a small green gallery, ideal for having morning coffee or afternoon tea.
The ground floor area has a beautiful summer hacienda with covered outdoor fireplace and dining and sitting garnitures, typical architectural content of Istrian region. This area will certainly provide you with many wonderful moments of relaxation and fun in good company and good cuisine, which is well known characteristic related to the Istrian region.
Refreshments during the long hot summer days and evenings you can find in a pool of substantial size (10m * 5m), surrounded by deck chairs that will fully enrich all your moments of relaxation spent in this part of this fairy villa.
Captain's villa is fully air conditioned. The villa has satellite TV, DVD, CD player, wireless Internet connection, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, hood, toaster, microwave, blender, juice maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, baby cot and feeder available upon request, hair dryer, sitting, dining and garden furniture, deck chairs, sun umbrellas, terrace, garden, balcony, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, summer kitchen. Captain's villa has a reserved parking space for all its guests.
Distance from the sea is 1,5 km, from the center of place Rakalj is 500 m.
