On this floor there is guest toilet and large terrace with amazing swimming pools accompanied with sun umbrellas and deck chairs that all together will provide you and your loved ones with numerous refreshing moments during the long hot summer days.

Ground area of Villa Lapad has simple and discreet layout just like the rest of this contemporary Villa. In the courtyard you can find numerous attractions just like above mentioned terrace with a swimming pool and spectacular sea view, then an essential summer “accessory” BQB for grilling and lush Mediterranean vegetation carefully framed by stone walls.
