Villa Orebic is located in one of the most beautiful parts of eastern Dalmatia, 500 m from the center of port town Orebic on the Peljesac peninsula and just 1 meter from the sea and beautiful long pebble beach in Orebić named Trstenica.

Villa Orebic is located right at the entrance to the port town Orebic. The large estate that spreads over 12 000 square meters is decorated with rich Mediterranean vegetation, numerous hundred years old palm trees, olive trees, fig trees, roses and many other types of beautiful flowers and with many lighted walkways leading to the villa, pool, pebble beach and the sea.

Villa Orebic is made up of central part, left and right wing, and it is suitable accommodation for 16 people with servants.

Villa Orebic has 8 bedrooms, number of beds: 16, 8 bathrooms, 2 toilets and is suitable accommodation for 16  people.

From the entrance to the property arranged paths lead to a plateau with 5 parking places, and to a plateau intended for recreation.

The central part consists of a fully equipped kitchen, 2 guest toilets, large dining area with a table for 16 people, a large living room with fireplace and three terraces which are furnished with sitting garniture for relaxing in the outdoor area. The terraces are overlooking the sea and in the evening you can use telescopes to observe the beautiful starry sky.

The right wing of the villa has 4 air-conditioned double rooms with private bathrooms and terraces equipped with sitting garnitures. The first room of the right wing is the spacious master bedroom that has a private bathroom with shower, separate bathroom with designer bathtub and the corner with fragrant and aromatic oils and robes for relaxing moments. ”Master” bedroom has two terraces overlooking the sea that are fully equipped with chairs for relaxing. The room has a desk with a computer, connection to internet and SAT TV.

The left wing has 2 air-conditioned double rooms with satellite TVs. Each room has its own bathroom with shower. In this area there are also additional 2 double air-conditioned rooms with satellite TVs, which could be united into the family room with a shared bathroom with shower.

From the main building of Villa Orebic, trimmed paths lead to elevated section of the property where a large swimming pool, summer hacienda with summer kitchen, barbecue, wine-bar and dining table are situated. The pool is surrounded by deckchairs for sunbathing and relaxing in beautiful ambience.

Several paths lead from the house toward 3 gazebos fully equipped with chairs for relaxing and also toward the pebble beach.

Villa Orebic is completely air- conditioned, equipped with LCD satellite TVs, DVD, computer and Internet access, hairdryers (in each bathroom), microwave, refrigerators with icemaker, freezer, stove, oven, range hood, electric kettle, cafe machine, juice maker, blander, 2 grills, dishwasher, laundry and ironing facilities, a wine cellar, pool, garden furniture, deck chairs for the pool and beach, baby cot, baby high chair and all other technical appliances for your complete rest. Villa owns its protected private parking area.
