Two houses of Villa Korcula - Stone Village have in their composition a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, comfortably furnished living room, modern bathroom and a spacious bedroom with king size bed located in the gallery section. The bedrooms have wonderful sea views and are furnished in accordance with the overall climate of the region. From the living room area there is a door leading to separate individual terrace which is equipped with chairs for relaxing. Precisely these terraces with their intoxicating views of the marine horizon will provide you with much desired moments of rest, relaxation and the opportunity to be in complete peace and quiet devote exclusively to yourself.
The third house of Villa Korcula - Stone Village is also a beautiful house with great ambience just like the other two but this one has slightly larger area and has an additional double room which is located on the ground floor. So, this house is made up of the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining section, lounge, double bedroom with double bed, modern bathroom and double bedroom with double bed on the gallery. Also, the pearl of this house is a terrace proudly overlooking the sea, which dazzles it and provides it with unlimited amounts of heat and light and romantic sceneries that you can only imagine.
The harmony of this unusual property is accomplished by precise and detailed design evident in a wonderful courtyard and garden made completely out of authentic stone. A great example of good exterior is also a summer hacienda, located in the central part of the yard. Hacienda is equipped with an outdoor fireplace and dining area with table for 8 people. Precisely that is the ideal meeting point for hanging out in good company with high quality Korcula wines and culinary sea specialties.
A special attraction of Villa Korcula is a beautiful swimming pool located in the courtyard. Villa Korcula - Stone Village has electricity from solar energy, and it is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Villa still has oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, pool, possibility to add extra beds, garden and sofas, deck chairs and sun umbrellas, outdoor shower, patio and barbecue. Baby cot and baby feeder are available upon request. Villa has a reserved parking space for each guest. Villa also has a private "dock- beach space" for smaller boat.
Villa has its electricity produced from solar units that stores solar energy in batteries. All lights, appliances and other electrical items receive electric power from the battery of a very large capacity. The exceptions are dishwasher, washing machine and oven that are great consumers of electricity and are connected directly to the generator.
