Villa Yellow Pharos, a luxurious new building, built in 2007 year, together with its three siblings, makes a beautiful complex of luxury villas. Although these four graces make a unit that is designed as a complex and are made in the same period, each of them functions as a separate unit and each of them is special in its own way.

Villa Yellow Pharos is a charming Mediterranean style building, situated just 50 meters from the beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear sea. Villa Yellow Pharos is a creatively designed building that attracts attention by its unique exterior and lots of colorful details such as green shutters, colorful gazeboes covered with reed, carefully planted small trees, maintained lush vegetation and many other features that distinguish this villa as a unique Villa.

Villa Yellow Pharos has an area of 157m² and consists of two floors (ground floor and first floors).

Villa Yellow Pharos has 4 bedrooms, number of beds: 8, 4 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 8 people.

The ground floor of Villa Yellow Pharos is made up of modernly equipped kitchen, spacious nicely furnished living room with access to the courtyard and dining area with dining garniture for 8 people. This whole area is the result of contemporary design and it is created as a large area with a minimal amount of screens and barriers, so this is one great open space area. In this part of the Villa there is still one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. These rooms are naturally separate entities, and provide you with required privacy.

The first floor of Villa Yellow Pharos is occupied exclusively by sleeping units, more precisely there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms. The largest bedroom i.e. the master bedroom is the only one with a bathroom equipped with bathtub instead of shower and is the only dormitory that has access to a beautiful large terrace with sitting garniture.

Ground floor and first floor are connected by internal and external staircase.

Villa Yellow Pharos also has a large garden which covers an area of 500m². The garden plot of Villa Yellow Pharos is a beautiful area rich in Mediterranean vegetation. Within this area there are two summer gazeboes, one of which is equipped with a large dining garniture for 6 people. There is also a wonderful plateau made of stone and carefully maintained lawn.

The central position in a yard belongs to a wonderfully shaped pool that extends over an area of 24m² and is filled with fresh water.

Villa Yellow Pharos is fully air conditioned. It is equipped with satellite TV, direct dial telephone, internet connection, Hi-Fi, DVD player, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, barbecue and garden, seating and dining chairs. Villa Yellow Pharos has professionally equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic plates, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, range hood, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, citrus press, microwave, blender and kettle. Cot and feeder for the baby are available on request. Villa Yellow Pharos has a parking space for each guest.

Distance from the sea is 50 m, distance from the center is 1500 m.
