Villa Green Pharos, a luxurious new building, built in 2007 year, together with its three siblings makes a beautiful complex of luxury villas. Although these four graces make a unit that is designed as a complex and are made in the same period of time, each of them functions as a separate unit and each of them is special in its own way.

Exterior of Villa Green Pharos is inspired by the "Mediterranean" style so it fits perfectly into the island environment. Villa Green Pharos is rich in various facilities which are carefully arranged inside of the house, but also with a vase garden area which occupies a surface of 500 m².

Villa Green Pharos covers an area of 124 m² and has two floors (ground floor and first floor).

The ground floor of Villa Green Pharos consists of double bedroom with separate beds and a very pleasant and soothing interior design. The ground floor space also has a bathroom with shower and a large open space occupied with fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area with dining garniture for 8 people and a nicely furnished living room. This whole area is an incredibly space area which is harmoniously set exclusively through the organization of furniture without excessive and unnecessary barriers. Both the dining room and living room, have tall French doors leading to beautifully decorated lawn and yard with pool.

On the first floor of the villa there are three bedrooms each very different from another. The largest master bedroom has a matrimonial bed and a own private bathroom equipped with bathtub. The second bedroom has twin beds and a balcony partly overlooking the sea and islands in the distance, while the last sleeping area is nicely furnished room with twin beds. Between the last two bedrooms there is a bathroom equipped with bathtub.

Ground floor and first floor of Villa Green Pharos are connected by magnificent internal staircase.

Villa Green Pharos has an impressive garden which extends over 500 m². This space is occupied by wonderful stone plateau that is fully in tone with the rest of the Villa and the Villa property. This space is equipped with modern dining furniture for 8 people and the inevitable outdoor barbecue, which will reveal you a variety of Dalmatian cuisine with an emphasis on grilled dishes.

The most attractive entity of Villa Green Pharos is certainly a wonderfully designed and shaped pool, measuring 24 m² and filled with fresh water. The area surrounding the pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols while the whole garden area is surrounded by high tree-plants that make a wonderful visual effect and at the same time protect you from the sun and guarantee you privacy.

Villa Green Pharos is fully air conditioned. It is equipped with satellite TV, direct telephone line, internet connection, Hi-Fi, DVD player, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, barbecue and garden, seating and dining garnitures. Villa Green Pharos has professionally equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic plates, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hood, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, citrus press, microwave, blender and kettle. Villa Green Pharos has a parking space for each guest.
