Villa Blue Pharos, luxurious Dalmatian villa is located only 50 meters from the sea and coastline, in the town of Hvar, one of the most famous resorts on the homonymous island.

Villa Blue Pharos, a luxurious new building, built in 2007 year, together with its three siblings, makes a beautiful complex of luxury villas. Although these four graces make a unit that is designed as a complex and are made in the same period, each of them functions as a separate unit and each of them is special in its own way.

Villa Blue Pharos is a beautiful Mediterranean Villa, whose exterior fully respects the rules of Mediterranean architecture. The villa boasts its tasteful design with simple, elegant lines and the richness of detail expressed through the many decorative surfaces made of stone. Although this is a recent construction it does not differ in any way from the beautiful architectural tradition that dominates on this beautiful island, but its original appearance further refines and enriches the landscape.

Villa Blue Pharos has a surface of 124 m² and extends over two floors (ground floor and first floor).

Villa Blue Pharos has 4 bedrooms, number of beds 8+2, 3 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 8 - 10 people.

The ground floor of Villa Blue Pharos is a spacious double bedroom with separate beds and a very pleasant and soothing interior design. The ground floor space also has a bathroom with shower and a large open space occupied with fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area with dining garniture for 8 people and a nicely furnished living room. This whole area is an incredibly large area which is harmoniously set exclusively through the organization of furniture without excessive and unnecessary barriers. The dining room and living room both, have tall French doors leading to beautifully decorated lawn and yard with pool.

The first floor of Villa Blue Pharos has a somewhat different spatial distribution than the ground floor. This area consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have matrimonial beds, while in one of the rooms there are two single beds. One of rooms is the main-master bedroom with twin bed, a private bathroom with tub, and access to a balcony partially overlooking the sea equipped with a sitting garnitures. The exit to the balcony also has the other room with matrimonial bed. On the first floor of the villa there is another bathroom with tub.

Villa Blue Pharos has a garden area of 500 m², which is predominantly occupied by a number of carefully maintained green areas and with a variety of plants which are planted along the edge of the entire property so that you are guaranteed a complete privacy and relaxation during your stay. In the garden of villa there is also an outdoor movable barbecue, indispensable for preparation and enjoyment in many of Dalmatian grilled specialties.

In the central part of the garden, in front of the villa there is an oval-shaped swimming pool (24 m² sized with fresh water). Around the pool there is a plateau with a beautiful stone-paved path, which leads to the entrance of the property. This whole area is rich in garden and sitting garnitures necessary for your complete enjoyment.

Villa Blue Pharos is fully air conditioned. It is equipped with satellite TV, direct telephone line, internet connection, Hi-Fi, DVD player, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, barbecue and garden, seating and dining garnitures. Villa Blue Pharos has professionally equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic plates, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hood, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, citrus press, microwave, blender and kettle. Cot and feeder for the baby are available on request. Villa Blue Pharos has parking space for each guest.

Distance from the sea is 50 m; distance from the center is 1500 m.
