The main central residence is situated in the central part of the property and it has 2 floors. The ground floor of the main residence consists of fully equipped modern kitchen, beautifully decorated dining area, very nicely furnished living room and modern bathroom. The ground floor of the residence is connected with the spiral staircase to the first floor of the house.
On the first floor there is spacious master bedroom with separate bathroom and a terrace equipped with chairs for relaxing overlooking the property, the house with pool, sea and islands in the distance.
Smaller House - Side Sea Dream 1 - is located on the left side of the main residence and it is made up of luxuriously decorated bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. Along the whole length of the outer wall of this room stretches the two-part high glass doors that lead onto the terrace with pool and overlook the sea and islands. On the right side of the main residence is located a separate smaller double room with double bed.
Side House Sea Dream 2 - is situated on the right side of the main residence and it has a modern double room with bathroom. This house is also overlooking the sea and offers a magnificent view of the sea and islands in the distance.
In the courtyard of Sea Side Villa property is a large swimming pool (8m * 4m) that will provide you with memorable moments of relaxation and much needed refreshment during your sojourn. The courtyard of Villa is equipped with chairs for relaxing that will surely enhance your further enjoyment in the beautiful surroundings with magnificent views of the sea.
Villa Sea Side is fully air conditioned. It is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Villa has oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, coffee maker, juice maker, blender, pool, garden areas, chairs and umbrellas, patio and barbecue. The villa has a parking space.
