Villa Splendida is located 200 m from the sea in the center of the beautiful tourist settlement of Milna on the island of Brac.
Villa Splendida is a traditional luxurious Dalmatian stone villa, furnished with lot of attention up to the smallest detail. It is situated on an elevated place in the central part of Milna, from where it proudly monitors all that happens in this beautiful picturesque settlement. Villa Splendida is a luxury building with exterior, typical for the scenary on the islands. The name of Villa Splendida in Italian language means “The perfect Villa ", what perfectly describes the position of this beautiful villa located in the center of the settlement and close to numerous bars, restaurants and all the necessary contents of one tourist resort. Not only that Villa Splendida holds central position in the settlement, but it also has ideal position close to the sea, what makes it really ideal place for relaxing in the rustic setting of this lovely fishing settlement.
Villa Splendida extends over an area of 140 m2 and has three floors, that are ground floor, first floor and second floor.
Villa Splendida has 3 bedrooms, number of beds 7+2, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and is a suitable accommodation for 7 - 9 people.
The ground floor of Ville Splendida has a fully equipped modern kitchen with counter and bar chairs, dining room with beautiful wooden dining garniture, spacious pleasantly decorated living room with sitting garniture and modern technology and toilet. The entire ground floor space is free harmonious space without partitions. Also, the entire area is rich with high doors that are a big source of light and that lead to a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the countryside and sea.
On the first floor of Villa Splendida there are two elegantly decorated bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other one with two separated beds. On the first floor there is also a spacious bathroom with tub.
On the second floor of Villa Splendida there is a spacious suit, that is made up of spacious bedroom equipped with king-size bed and a sofa that can be turned into additional bed for one person. In the suit there is also a large bathroom with shower and a spacious terrace overlooking a wonderful place Milna. The terrace is equipped with a beautiful wooden table and deck chairs and sun umbrellas.
The shiniest pearl of Villa Splendida is a spacious estate of Villa with rich contents, that spreads over an area of 255m2. The estate comprises beautifully tended garden, rich in Mediterranean plants and fruits, and a beautiful stone plateau, known in Dalmatia as "veranda", equipped with garden furniture.
The long hot summer days will be certainly well spent by beautifully shaped pool of 24 m2, filled with fresh water and equipped with deck chairs and parasols. A beautiful summer gazebo and stone outdoor fireplace will introduce you to the world of flavours of the traditional Dalmatian cuisine and to the taste of excellent vines from the beautiful island of Brac.
Villa Splendida is fully air conditioned. The villa is equipped with satellite TV, internet connection, Hi-Fi, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, barbecue and garden, seating and dining chairs, a swimming pool filled with fresh water and outdoor shower. Villa Splendida has professionally equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic plates, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hood, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender, electric kettle and kettle. Cot and feeder for the baby are available on request.
Distance from the sea is 200 m, 1400 m from the beach, Villa is located in the center of the settlement.
