Villa Moderna is a beautiful luxury villa, situated only 100 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the center of the picturesque village Sumartin on the island of Brac.

Villa Moderna is a luxurious modern villa completely renovated in 2009. This Villa looks like a kind of white mansion that is firmly enthroned in the beautiful nature, protected by magnificent landscape and now proudly watches the crystal clear blue sea and many islands of the Dalmatian archipelago. Villa Moderna has an equally beautiful interior that is rich in top quality furniture present in every room.

Villa Moderna has an area of 220m² and extends over two floors (ground floor and first floor).

Villa is made up of two apartments, which are connected by external stairs.

Villa Moderna has 4 bedrooms, number of beds 8+4, 4 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 8 to 12 people.

The ground floor of Villa Moderna is made up of a fully equipped modern kitchen with mini bar, bar counter and a modern design bar stools, of a dining room with dining furniture and of living room with exit onto a spacious terrace with a swimming pool, equipped with supreme leather seating assortment and with latest technology. On this floor there are also two elegantly furnished bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms with tub and double sinks.

On the first floor of Villa Moderna there is fully equipped modern kitchen, beautiful dining room completely coordinated with the kitchen interior design and equipped with high quality leather garniture, living room that is also equipped with luxurious leather seating furniture and with latest technology.

The dining room and living room on south side have exits to a beautiful spacious terrace that offers a spectacular view of the crystal clear sea. On this floor there are two more spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Bedrooms on the first floor of Villa Moderna are also furnished with excellent harmony and elegance and are an excellent example of harmonious interior design.

Villa Moderna has a 250m² of ground area, which is mostly occupied by a spacious, stone terrace with a beautiful swimming pool of 25m² filled with fresh water in its central part. Another part of the stone terrace is occupied by outdoor fireplace that will surely introduce you whit the magic offer of grilled Dalmatian specialties. The terrace is equipped with deck chairs and sun umbrellas indispensable for summer relaxation, and it offers a unique view of the entire surroundings, the crystal blue sea and the Dalmatian archipelago.

Villa Moderna is fully air conditioned. It is equipped with satellite TV, wireless internet connection, HI-FI, DVD player, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, barbecue and garden, seating and dining garnitures. Villa Moderna has professionally equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic plates, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hood, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender, electric kettle and kettle. Baby cot and baby feeder are available upon request. Villa Moderna has 2 parking spaces reserved for its guests.
