Villa Magic is located just 5 meters from the sea, in the center of the picturesque tourist town Sumartin on the island of Brac.
Villa Magic is a traditional luxurious Dalmatian stone house, completely renovated in 2009 year. This beautiful villa is situated in the unique scenery and is perfectly adapted with tourist ambience of this wonderful tourist place. The entire Villa and its garden are made of the famous stone from Brac, and abound with typical Mediterranean features such as Dalmatian shutters, typical vegetation, spacious verandas and many other small and large details that enrich this wonderful Villa. The Villa’s name Magic fits this Villa perfectly because perfectly describes the atmosphere present in this beautiful Dalmatian stone edifice.
Villa Magic has an area of 150m2 and stretches over 2 floors (ground floor and first floor).
Villa Magic has 4 bedrooms, number of beds: 8+4, 4 bathrooms and is a suitable accommodation for 8 to 12 people.
On the ground floor of Villa Magic there is a fully equipped kitchen, elegant dining room equipped with beautiful wooden dining furniture, living room overlooking the crystal-clear sea decorated according to the interior design of dining room from. In this area there are also three spacious bedrooms with a traditional Dalmatian interior equipped with a king-size bed, and each with a private bathroom with tub.
The ground floor of Villa Magic and the first floor are connected by internal wooden staircase.
On the first floor of Villa there is a another spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a beautiful elegant sitting garniture with antique chairs and table, equipped with private bathroom with tub.
Villa Magic has a spacious ground area that stretches over an area of 447 m2 and is occupied by a beautiful garden carefully cultivated and groomed, rich in lush vegetation. In this area there is also a beautiful stone yard equipped with spacious seating and dining garniture decorated with numerous flowering shrubs and plants. The authentic ambient of this yard situated next to the coast overlooking the sea and faraway boats on the horizon will surely make your stay unique and unforgettable experience.
The yard extends into a vast stone plateau with a swimming pool of 25 m2 in the middle. The pool is filled with fresh water. This space is equipped with deckchairs, sun umbrellas, outdoor shower and this whole area has a beautiful view of the sea and islands in the distance. Outdoor fireplace is also one of the many contents of this beautiful villa and it is indispensable for preparation of many delicious grilled Dalmatian specialties.
Villa Magic is fully air conditioned. It is equipped with satellite TV, wireless internet connection, Hi-fi, DVD player, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, barbecue and garden, seating and dining garnitures, baby cot and baby feeder available upon request, private pool filled with fresh water, outdoor shower. Villa Magic has a professionally equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic plates, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hood, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, blender and kettle. Villa Magic has reserved parking space.
