Villa extends over a large area and with its rich contents covers a vast property. Villa has been carefully designed and its interior is in complete accordance with the charming exterior. A part the beautiful exterior and interior Villa Casa Mare is also proud of its unique location next to the pebble beach and crystal clear sea. Villa Casa Mare is harmoniously designed spacious Mediterranean villa which consists of two floors that are ground floor and first floor.
Villa has 7 bedrooms, number of beds: 14+2, 6 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 14-16 people.
On the ground floor of Villa Casa Mare there is large living room equipped with modern designed furniture, leather sitting garniture and modern technology; a dining area furnished in accordance with living room and equipped with big wooden furniture. The area comprising living room and dining section, each on its own side have large French doors leading to the green court yard with big swimming pool. This area is furnished to provide a perfect area for enjoying and relaxation and is equipped with deck chairs placed around the pool.
On the ground floor there is also a modernly fitted kitchen, one air-conditioned double bedroom with the sea view, modern bathroom and exit to the front yard, to the area of laundry room and to entertainment area with large attractive billiard table and small fitness area for working out.
On the first floor of the Villa Casa Mare there is a sleeping area consisting of 6 spacious double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. One bedroom has private bathroom, sofa that can be stretched into a comfortable bed for one person, and a terrace with sitting garnitures and with a view to the sea. One bedroom has a terrace with sitting garniture overlooking the sea, and a bathroom that is shared with another room which also has its own terrace, but with a view to the peaceful surroundings of the villa. The next room has a private bathroom and instead of balcony there is French window also overlooking the sea. In this bedroom there is another sofa that can be stretched into a comfortable bed for one person. On this floor there are 2 more bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies overlooking the surroundings. All bedrooms are equipped with anatomic matrimonial beds for your complete rest and relaxation.
Villa Casa Mare has a front yard, the main terrace, which faces a beautiful beach, and in its central part is a beautiful swimming pool (28 m²), and plateau with comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing.
In the backyard of the villa there is a covered seating area with large fireplace indispensable for preparation of various grilled Dalmatian specialties. In backyard of the villa there is also private parking place for 3-4 cars.
