Villa Dubrovnik Pride is imposing stone villa built entirely in accordance with the traditional Dalmatian spirit and distinctive Dubrovnik style. This luxurious palace perfectly fits in picturesque setting of beautiful Dubrovnik region. Villa has incorporated top quality interior with equally graceful and attractive exterior in extremely subtle and elegant way that perfectly reflects the essence of authentic Mediterranean.
Villa has 7 bedrooms, beds 13+3, 5 bathrooms, 1 toalet and is suitable for luxury accommodation of 16 people.
Villa Dubrovnik Pride consists of two residential buildings that share yard area and two beautiful terraces which provide incredible views of the Old Town and the crystal clear sea. One of the houses can be used as guest house or house for staff.
Main house of Villa Dubrovnik Pride consists of three floors that are ground floor, first and second floor.
On the ground floor of the main house there is fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace and terrace, dining area with big massive table and fully equipped gym.
The ground floor and first floor of the main house are connected with unique spiral staircase that emphasizes harmony and elegance of interior of this beautiful edifice. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms. One of bedrooms has large terrace.
On the second floor of the main building of Villa Dubrovnik Pride there are two double bedrooms and one bathroom.
Guest house of Villa Dubrovnik Pride is divided into two almost identical two-storey apartments.
One apartment is made up of kitchen, living room, toilet, bathroom and double bedroom.
The other apartment is almost identical to the first one. This one beside the kitchen, living room, toilet, bathroom and double bedroom also has one single bedroom.
Villa Dubrovnik Pride is situated on magnificent property that proudly displays all its attractive and luxurious contents framed with rich luxurious Mediterranean vegetation. Especially attractive amenities in this area are two terraces, the upper and the lower one, that offer magnificent view over the surrounding natural beauties and are ideal for an afternoon siesta as well as for organizing parties and gatherings. Especially interesting is the upper terrace equipped with large pool and accompanied by numerous comfortable loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. Next to the swimming pool there is summer gazebo equipped with dining furniture. In this area there are also the open summer kitchen and outdoor fireplace.
Villa Dubrovnik Pride is fully air conditioned. Villa is equipped with all modern technology necessary for comfortable and quality stay; satellite TV, DVD player, Stereo system, wireless Internet access, pool, garage. The villa has a professionally equipped kitchen with stove, oven, range hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, blender, toaster. There are also washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, cot and high chair are available on request. The villa has reserved parking space for all its guests.
Distance from the sea is 25 m; distance from the Old center of Dubrovnik is 300 m.
