Villa Holiday Orebic with its elegant and unique interior and luxurious eksterior has perfectly blended into amazing ambience of this unique region. This wonderful Villa is a perfect summer "hideaway-place", where you can enjoy in beeing away from everyday, sometimes too challenging, life.
Villa Holiday Orebic is situated on spacious property with surface approx. 530 m2 and is divided into two floors (ground floor and first floor), each with surface area of approximately 60 m2.
Villa Holiday Orebic has 4 bedrooms, number of beds 8, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool, 1 outdoor shower, and is suitable luxury accommodation for 8 people.
On the ground floor of Villa Holiday Orebic there is modernly equipped kitchen, living room area and dining room. On this floor there is also bedroom with matrimonial bed and bathroom equipped with hydro massage and deep corner bath. The whole ground floor area is framed with tall double doors that lead into spacious terrace of approx. 30 m2.
Ground floor area and first floor of Villa Holiday Orebic are interconnected with internal staircase. On the first floor of Villa there are three double bedrooms: one of them is equipped with matrimonial bed and the other two with two twin beds. The southern bedroom with two twin beds has access into amazing terrace (15 m2) equipped with sitting furniture and with spectacular view of the exceptionally beautiful countryside and the sea. This floor also has spacious bathroom equipped with flat floor bathtub and smaller quiet corner for relaxing.
Beside luxurious and creative interior design, Villa Holiday Orebic offers attractive and luxury contents within its property. In this outer part of the villa there is a spacious terrace framed alongside its entire length and width with beach gravel. The central part of this terrace is occupied by beautiful swimming pool (6 × 4 m) with sunbathing area. This whole platform is additionally embellished with night-lights that create an amazing effect in warm summer nights. In this section there is also unique fireplace and large dining garniture, that is perfect for preparation of various grilled dishes and for having friendly and familly gatherings in the open air in really unique ambience. Behind Villa there are outdoor shower and boiler room.
Villa Holiday Orebic is fully air conditioned and has underfloor heating. Villa gains central hot water through solar collectors. Villa has SAT TV, Internet access, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove with 4 ceramic plates, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, hood, washing machine, iron and ironing board, baby cot and feeder, garden, terrace, balcony, swimming pool (6x4 m), the sunbathing deck, outdoor shower, fireplace, dining area, garden furniture, parasols and deck chairs (8). Villa has parking plots (3) on its property.
