Luxury Villa Split is located in the prestigious quarter of Split called Meje. It is just 300 m away from the most famous Split beaches and 10 minutes walk from the center of Split and Diocletian Palace.
The city of Split presents one of the most beautiful destinations in Croatia with perfect location in the hottest part of the northern Mediterranean coast and in the center of Adriatic coast. Its mild climate, among all other advantages, makes of it true oasis, where one can enjoy the sun even in wintertime. This town is a cradle of ancient history and cultural heritage owing its birth to the first inhabitant of Split – Roman emperor Diocletian, who chose 1700 years ago this place for construction of his Palace. Since 1979 Palace is included in UNESCO List of Cultural Heritage as the best preserved example of late Roman architecture as such. The Palace still keeps many monuments and treasures of centuries old history of Split, among which stand out the Cathedral of St. Domnius – former Diocletian Mausuleum, Vestibul, Jupiter Temple, Peristil – former central square of the Palace and many other museums and middle age buildings.
Luxury Villa Split is situated on the property covering an area of 600 m2, and villa itself spreads over 300 m2 and is divided into three floors: ground floor, first floor and loft.
Luxury Villa Split has 4 bedrooms (one of which is a children*s room), number of beds: 6+2, 1 guest toilet and is suitable accommodation for 8 people.
Luxury Villa Split was entirely built of high quality stone brought from the island of Brac (like Diocletian Palace itself) and along with its property is equipped with first class materials and furnishings. Horticulture in yard has an automatic irrigation system and is equipped with video surveillance and alarm systems.
The courtyard of Villa Split has thoroughly landscaped green surfaces with carefully selected horticulture which combined with night light creates a special atmosphere for stay in this part of villa. The courtyard is equipped with seating and relaxing garniture, outdoor kitchen and large fireplace.
The ground floor of Luxury Villa Split is made up of fully equipped modern kitchen, modernly designed dining section, spacious living section, guest toilet and fully equipped study room with desktop computer. This facility is connected with glass wall to beautiful green garden, which will provide you with the most precious moments during your stay in villa. The ground area also has equipped laundry room.
The ground floor and the first floor of the villa are connected with teak staircase leading into harmonious „world of dreams and indulgence“. On the first floor there is luxury master bedroom with matrimonial bed, wardrobe, private modern bathroom with shower and exit to beautiful spacious terrace with sea view. Next to master bedroom there is a children*s bedroom with bed for two persons.
The loft of the Villa Split has two more bedrooms equipped with double beds, wall closets and private bathrooms with shower.
Luxury Villa Split is completely air conditioned and has video surveillance and alarm systems. Bathrooms have floor heating, while all the rooms, as well as all living sections, have satellite LCD TV. Villa is equipped with DVD and CD players, Hi-Fi system, wireless Internet access, direct dial telephone, computer on your disposal and kitchen with stove with 4 ceramic hotplates, refrigerator with icemaker, dish washer, oven, hood, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, juicer, toaster and blender. In laundry room there are drying and washing machines, and the rest of villa is equipped with iron and ironing board, hair dryer, baby cot and feeder. Villa has 1 parking spot on the street.
Distance from the sea is 300 m and 1,5 km to the center of Split.
