Villa Argento is an authentic Istrian country residence located in the inner part of Istria, 2 km from the sea and 20 km from the town of Pula.
Villa Argento is beautiful grandiose edifice built in the early 20th century on the unique property with enviable surface area of over 10 acres. Villa is built entirely of white Istrian stone which is the perfect frame for variety of luxury amenities that are hidden within the walls of the Villa. Villa Argento is harmoniously integrated into the central part of the vast, cultivated area that resembles small island in an endless sea of silence and lush vegetation.
Villa Argento has ground area that stretches over surface of 100 000 m2. Within the stone courtyard wall there is the main house and guest house that are just a few meters away one from another and are linked through patio and roofed - over path into unified whole.
Villa Argento has 4 bedrooms, number of beds: 8+2, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet and is suitable accommodation for 8 - 10 people.
The main object of Villa Argento is divided into three floors that are ground floor, first floor and attic.
On the ground floor of main residential object there is the foyer, kitchen and dining area with fireplace, kitchen, terrace for dining, living room with fireplace and with access to the covered summer terrace. On the ground floor area there are also the following very attractive contents: indoor pool measuring 7.5 x 4.5 m, fully equipped fitness room, Finnish sauna, shower and toilet.
On the first floor of the main residential object of Villa Argento there is bedroom with king-size bed with fireplace and modern fitted bathroom.
On the attic of the main part of Villa there are two double bedrooms. Bigger one is equipped with two French beds, spacious wardrobe and private bathroom. Smaller room is equipped with two comfortable beds and private bathroom.
Guest House or Loft is located just few meters from the main house and is made up of ground floor and gallery. On the ground floor there is comfortably furnished living room with fireplace and bathroom with toilet. The gallery space is occupied with comfortable king-size bed.
Within the complex of villa Argento there is also an outbuilding that is located only hundred meters from the main house and that contains the owner's wine cellar and a small olive oil-refinery.
Villa Argento is situated on a magnificent property whose impressive surface proudly shelters numerous attractions surrounded by Mediterranean maquis, olive groves and vineyards. In this area there are attractive outdoor swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing platform and numerous comfortable deck chairs, archery targets and equipment for Nordic walking.
During your stay at your disposal will be a chef to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the day. Chef will arrange with you (the day before, or the same day in the morning) according to your desires and wishes, and purchase groceries from which will prepare an original and rich, but simple and healthy Mediterranean cuisine, Istrian specialties, international cuisine, the Far and Near East, fusion, etc. .. Groceries that will be used for preparing meals are not included in the price, and you will only pay the purchase price of groceries for the accounts or specification (in the case of purchase on the market) that will be presented.
Villa Argento is fully air conditioned. The villa is equipped with superb new or antique furniture from the 18th and 19th century. Villa has refrigerator and icemaker, gas stove and oven, hood, dish washer, microwave, electric kettle, egg boiler, espresso coffee maker, blender, toaster. All rooms are equipped with LCD TV, DVD player, satellite TV, telephone, wireless high speed internet access and safe. Villa also has a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, cot and feeder for the baby, rich video collection, speakers for I pod, I pod player, smith, pull-up, orbitrack, bicycles, rowing machine, weights, two swimming pools with whirlpool and a Finnish sauna, garden furniture and sun loungers. Villa Argento has reserved parking place for all its guests.
Distance from the sea is 2 km; from the center of place Bale is 5 km and from the center town of Pula is 20 km.

- The rates apply for rentals of at least 7 days. In the case of a short lease on the daily price is added to 30%.
