Villa Sea Garden is traditional Dalmatian stone house, located in the first row to the sea (5 m from the sea), in the center of the picturesque settlement Sumartin on the island of Brac.
Villa Sea Garden was completely renovated and is a wonderful example of traditional Dalmatian architecture. Villa is located in the central part of this beautiful island, close to the beach and to the little port enriched with many small boats, that gives special charm to this lovely place. Villa Sea Garden is an elegant residence completely assimilated to the region and to the Mediterranean spirit. Villa Sea Garden, beside the rich inner contents, has beautiful surrounding area with green surfaces, delightful wooden gazebos, numerous stone paths, stone walls and many other magnificent details present on the property of Villa Sea Garden.
Villa Sea Garden has an area of 100 m2, and is made up of three floors (ground floor, first and second floor).
Villa Sea Garden has 3 bedrooms, number of beds 6+2, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and is suitable accommodation for 6+2 persons.
On the ground floor area of Villa Sea Garden there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a very attractive counter that can be used as a working surface, dining room with dining garniture and living room equipped with comfortable sitting garniture. All these functional units make one whole, ideal for relaxing. On the ground floor of Villa Sea Garden there is also a large bathroom with tub.
The living room on the ground floor and the first floor of Villa Sea Garden are connected by internal staircase leading you to the "world of dreams", that is made up of two bedrooms and bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double matrimonial bed, while the other one is bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are spacious, furnished with subtle elegance.
On the second floor of Villa Sea Garden there is a main master bedroom with a large double matrimonial bed, relaxing seating garniture and a private bathroom with tub. Due to the many large windows this area is always full of light, and the additional charm it is getting from the beautiful view of the crystal clean sea and of many little boats "playing" on the sea.
Villa Sea Garden has a spacious garden area of 500 m2. This impressive area has many attractive facilities such as the carefully maintained garden lawn, that stretches along the whole surface of the garden area , which is decorated with numerous stone walls and stone garden ornaments. In this area there is a unique gazebo supported by wooden pillars with a beautiful dining garniture, where you will spend many beautiful and unforgettable moments during your vacation, enjoying in glass of good wine and in tasty Dalmatian food prepared on the outdoor grill. This particular part of Villa will bring the real and authentic Dalmatia closer to you, what will for sure be one very beautiful memory on your stay in Villa Sea Garden.
Another attraction of Villa is certainly creatively designed swimming pool of 24 m2 with stone plateau, equipped with numerous deck chairs and sun umbrellas. This plateau is located close to the promenade so from here you can have a wonderful view of the entire harbor, surrounding villages and the deep blue sea with islands in the distance.
Villa Sea Garden is fully air conditioned. Villa is fully equipped with SAT TV, Hi-Fi, wireless internet connection, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, outdoor barbecue, garden, dining and sitting garnitures, chair decks, swimming pool. Villa Sea Garden has a kitchen equipped with 4 ceramic plates, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hood, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven, electric kettle and kettle. Baby cot and baby feeder are available upon request. Villa has two parking spaces for its guests.
Distance from the sea is 5 m, 300 m from the beach; Villa Sea Garden is located in the center.
