Villa Meneghello is located on the coast by the sea, in the elite and quiet residential quarter of the city of Hvar (just 15 minutes walk from the city center), which is located on the homonymous island with the highest number of sunny hours on the Mediterranean.
Villa Meneghello is a spacious luxury vacation villa, which irresistibly resembles an art gallery. The walls of the villa are decorated with numerous paintings of top Croatian painters, who also participated in the decoration of the villa turning this luxury villa into a master piece of architecture on the Adriatic coast. Villa Meneghello enchants with stunning ambiance and unique design, which were arranged in a way that it allowed villas summer residents to indulge themselves completely during their holidays, surrounded with majestic exotic landscape and with high cultural content of interior of the villa. Villa Meneghello will give you unforgettable moments during your stay.
All sides of villa have view of the sea, distant islands and magical archipelago in front of Hvar. On numerous terraces and balconies there are deck chairs and sofas for sunbathing and leisure time. The exotic garden of the villa covers an area of 1000 m2, and villa itself is hidden from the looks of passers-by with hundred-year old pine trees, which will ensure full privacy for their guests. Lovely overflow pool with sundeck is lighted at night. In front of the villa there are rocks ideal for morning swimming, and just 600 m from it there is the most beautiful beach of Hvar - Pokonji dol.
Villa Meneghello has a surface of 300 m2 and consists of two floors (ground and first floor), which are divided into two apartments. Each apartment is designed as a complete unit: it consists of 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, spacious living room, kitchen, terraces and balconies, and they all have separate entrances. There is also an internal staircase, very valuable for those guests, who want to enjoy in a special treat and rent the whole villa for themselves.
Villa Meneghello has 6 bedrooms, number of beds 12+4, 5 bathrooms, and is suitable accommodation for 12-16 people.
Villa Meneghello owns also a summer pavilion and the third kitchen with living area and a barbecue, which allows guests to enjoy in preparing and consuming food in the garden area. That part has also a facility with pool shower, washing and drying machines.
Apartment A on the ground floor of Villa Meneghello has a beautiful living room with dining area, which is connected with sliding door to a spacious terrace that has beautiful sea view and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is equipped with two wooden beds. Apartment A consists of one room with separate entrance, double bed and adjoining bathroom, and of two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, one bedroom with one double bed and the other one with two single beds. They are all surrounded with big terrace equipped with garden furniture, large table, deck chairs and sofa for sunbathing and relaxing.
The ground floor and the first floor, or the first and the second apartments, are interconnected by internal staircase.
Apartment B on the first floor of Villa Meneghello consists of a fully equipped kitchen and large sofa that can be converted into a comfortable bed for two persons. The living room with a large TV has its own balcony overlooking the charming garden and the sea. There is a romantic metal day-bed, which can also serve as an extra bed for one person. The apartment has a spacious 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with matrimonial beds and the last one with two twin beds, and two spacious bathrooms. All bedrooms have balconies with unique view of the crystal blue sea and islands in the distance.
The terraces, located in the shade, are equipped with garden furniture, while those ones under the trees provide a wonderful spot for reading.
Large furnished terrace on the roof of two private villas garages offers an ideal place for various activities. Guests can play table tennis over there or watch magnificent sunset in the evening.
On the estate of Villa Meneghello there is a special apartment for the service stuff, who will make sure that their guests get complete service. The housekeeper, who maintains the garden and swimming pool every morning, if necessary, also takes care about wishes of the guests. Guests have also a car on their disposal. Villa is given into the hands of the guests in a perfect condition, while the team of three maids is changing bed linens and towels once a week. Guests can order the first purchase of food by e-mail and it will greet them upon their arrival. There is organized boat for the guests from the town of Hvar to the villa.
Villa Meneghello is fully air-conditioned. It is equipped with satellite TV on each floor, access to Internet, Hi-Fi system and DVD-player. Each suite, as well as the summer pavilion, has its own dishwasher, large fridges with freezers, iron and ironing board. Villa has professionally equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic plates (summer pavilion has also oven), fridge with freezer, toasters, coffee machines for preparing different kinds of coffee, microwave and blender. The villa has 2 parking places in a enclosed garage, and 2 parking places in front of it.
Distance from the sea is 5 m, from the center of Hvar is 1 km.
