Villa spreads over a large area, but it does not violate its natural unit, in fact right the opposite. The villa is three storey (top floor private getaway, ground floor family living and secluded garden level suite) exclusively designed summer house.

Master Suite on the ground floor is the heart of the house with dining room spacious living room with fireplace whose rustic wooden floors, oak ceiling beams and rich fabrics reflect a spirit of antiquity and luxury heritage. It has two luxurious bedrooms with wooden oak floors (king size double and twin), each with its own n- suite bathroom plus an additional guest bathroom with laundry, with the internal wide oak wood stairs access to the Top Floor. The gourmet kitchen on the ground floor level has all the amenities and equipment for the home chef.

The Top Floor Suite with separate private entrance has one double king size bedroom with wooden oak floors, bathroom and spacious living room. The additional, fully equipped kitchen on the first floor makes dining upstairs or down easy.

Garden Suite has 2 double bedrooms with glass doors leading to the beautiful space of the garden. In the first bedroom there is king size bed while the second bedroom has two twin beds. Suite in its composition also has bathroom and small kitchenette suitable for preparing light meals such as breakfast.

Villa Bella Vis’ lovely native gardens and spacious terraces offer plenty of outdoor living space to compliment the roomy interior. Outdoor dining on upper and lower terraces plus a large outdoor kitchen and terrace with stone fireplace complete the vision of this beautiful villa. Discreetly located behind the main villa building, among the citrus and wine grape trees, the intimate barbecue terrace provides a sizzling ambiance tempered by cool breezes; with beautiful outdoor stone barbecue setup is ideal for personalized BBQ experience. The woven bamboo couches; wooden outdoor furniture and chaises lounges grouped on terraces and garden feature private conversation areas and are ideal for sunbathing, afternoon siestas, or for watching the magnificent sunsets.

The villa is situated near the sea and sandy beach in Milna Bay is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the house. Zaglav Bay and Stonica Bay with sandy beaches are both just a short walk distance from the villa.  The property overlooks its own semi-private beach with stair access from the garden, less than 10 meters from the house.

Villa Bella Vis is a fully equipped villa with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and easy. The villa's 5 bedrooms are furnished with super high quality beds: three double bedrooms with king size beds and two bedrooms with twin beds, which can be joined to form king sized beds. Villa is equipped with: WLAN Internet at no extra charge, central heating, air conditioning, fireplace, 3 Satellite LCD TVs, DVD player, CD player, washing machine, 2 dish washers, mosquito screens throughout the villa, multiple refrigerators with freezers, two fully equipped gourmet kitchens, outdoor stone BBQ, espresso machine, “American” style coffee machine, microwave, toaster, iron, kettle, hair dryer, fans, baby cot and high chair, umbrellas and sun lounges for beach and terraces, two small child life jackets, mooring for small boat, 2 bicycles, private parking for 2+ cars and additional parking available. Every morning there is delivery of fresh bread in a villa, and 2 times a week delivery of fruit and vegetables.
