Villa Geraldi, the original Dalmatian stone house is located 270 m from the sea and 250 m from the world famous tourist destination Bol on the island of Brac.
At Villa Geraldi you'll enjoy the charming atmosphere of authentic Dalmatian architecture. The house is 150 years old and has been carefully renovated in accordance with its original appearance. The stone roof, the typical Dalmatian "shutters" and numerous other details have preserved the authentic Dalmatian atmosphere of the villa. The appeal of this Villa is enhanced by its great location in the tourist resort Bol rich with numerous pebble beaches including the most famous Croatian beach of white pebbles - beach Zlatni Rat.
Villa Geraldi has an area of 150m2 and has two floors that are ground floor and 1st floor.
Villa Geraldi has 4 bedrooms, number of beds 7+1, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and is suitable accommodation for 7- 8 people.
The ground floor is fully equipped with modern kitchen, dining area with dining table and a spacious living room. From the living room area, two doors lead to large sunny front yard which is equipped with a large dining table, seating garniture for relaxing, deck chairs and sun umbrellas that will allow you to relax in the hot summer days.
Wooden stairs lead to the first floor of the villa where are 3 double rooms with matrimonial bed and sea view, one bedroom with single bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 toilet.
The villa is equipped with air condition, dishwasher, oven, stove, hood, fridge with freezer, satellite TV, DVD for music and movie, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, blender, toaster, water heater, dining and relaxing garniture for the garden, deck chairs for the garden, parking place for each guest and all other technical supplying for your pleasant stay. Baby cot is available upon request.
