Basement of Villa Beach House is a luxurious area that is connected with the first floor by a charming wooden staircase. This area consists of a spacious living room ideal for stay during the summer heat because it will give you real nice refreshment. The living room can be used as an additional bedroom for 3 people. This basement area has windows that offer a unique view of the blue horizon in the distance.
The ground floor of Beach House is a modern open space made up of a fully equipped kitchen with bread oven, dining area with dining furniture and a unique living room with rustic stone fireplace. This whole area abounds with carefully designed interior, which is the result of a successful combination of modern and traditional elements and additional value is added to this space by a big 'French' doors leading out into the beautiful garden and a terrace both facing the sea. The ground floor has a guest toilet and a modern bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub.
On the first floor of the villa there are two double bedrooms equipped with king size beds and private bathrooms. Rooms have large windows that offer a unique view of the sea.

Villa has a beautiful garden rich with lush Mediterranean vegetation and equipped with sitting corner and a very attractive hammock put between two pine trees, perfect for an afternoon siesta. There is a large stone paved terrace equipped with dining furniture. Both garden and terrace are facing the sea, and are ideal for gatherings and garden parties. Just a few steps from the garden will take you directly to the beach.

It is equipped with satellite TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player, flat-rate Internet connection, safe, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, bred stove, seating and dining chairs. Villa has fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, double side fridge with freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, hood, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and kettle. The villa also has private berth for 20 m long motor yacht and has parking space for all its guests.
