Villa Oasis is situated only 35 m from the crystal clean sea, one of the most desirable locations on the Adriatic, less than 2 kilometers away from the fishing village of Milna on the island of Brac.
Villa Oasis is a luxury villa, which exterior fully respects the rules of Mediterranean architecture and the habitat in which it is located. Villa has many beautiful details in wood and in well known Brac stone; it is rich in tasteful interior design, and in modern technology present in every room of Villa. Villa is fully oriented towards the sea, and abounds in light, fresh air and in beautiful views.
Villa has an area of 500m2 that is occupied by garden with swimming pool, terrace, sunbathing area and garden area. The Villa consists of a ground floor, first and second floor; it has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Villa Oasis has 5 bedrooms, number of beds: 10, 3 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 12 people.
The ground floor contains two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with dining table and living room with fireplace. One of the bedrooms has a library that has a large selection of domestic and foreign book titles. Large French type doors that reach all the way to the ceiling lead on the outside terrace, where is a big dining garniture suitable for 12 people.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, drinks kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room with the beautiful antique round table for 8 or more persons and a balcony with magnificent sea views and seating garnitures. The first floor has a separate entrance and inside doors that separates it from the ground floor and provide the necessary privacy as well as a safe space for children.
On the top floor of the villa there is studio apartment with 2 sleeping areas; each equipped with 2 double beds, and bathroom. This whole area is kind of attic floor and besides magnificent environment provides enchanting view of the sea and islands in the distance.
Garden of Villa has an outdoor summer kitchen, barbecue and authentic stone sink with the nearby dining table suitable for 12 people. This area is ideal for gourmands and culinary virtuosos.
On the property of Villa there is a swimming pool with spacious terrace equipped with various sitting garnitures. Property of the pool is covered with a wing shape tend that is not only functional but it is also a wonderful visual treat. This whole area is framed by garden areas which are rich in vegetation, and typical Mediterranean herb cultures.
If you prefer swimming in the sea instead of swimming in a pool Villa has a private beach that is equipped with deck chairs and sun umbrellas where apart from swimming and sunbathing, you can completely enjoy your privacy.
Villa Oasis has fans in every room. It is equipped with satellite TV, iPod dock, DVD player with a large selection of DVDs, CD player. Villa also has oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washer, baby cot, baby feeders available on request, linen and towels, balcony, terrace, swimming pool, fireplace, stone sink, garden and sofas, chairs and umbrellas, patio, barbecue, a private platform on the beach, a summer kitchen and kayaks to explore the bay and surrounding areas. The villa has a parking space and has a private mooring for a smaller boat.
Villa Oasis has its electricity produced from solar units that stores solar energy in batteries. All lights, appliances and other electrical items receive electric power from the battery of a very large capacity. The exceptions are dishwasher, washing machine and oven that are great consumers of electricity and are connected directly to the generator.
