Architectural masterpiece surrounded by colorful gardens, palms and cypress trees extends over 4000 m² and is made up of three floors that are the ground floor, the first and the second  floor.

Villa Sheherezade has 5 bedrooms, number of beds 10+2, 6 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 12 people.

 

All common residential units are located on the ground floor area and they are: elegantly dressed grand salon to enjoy with your guests; the dining room with stylish décor perfect for enjoyment in gourmet delights around wonderfully restored antique table and the study room which is suitable for work or business meetings and is equipped to provide sophisticated place from where to conduct business. In this area there is also fully equipped professional kitchen.

Wonderful authentic wooden staircase connects the ground floor area with the first floor which consists of five de- luxe bedrooms. The stylish classic interiors, the rich fabrics and textures of Villa Sheherezade give each bedroom distinctive character and charm. Four bedrooms have big French beds while one has two twin beds. All bedrooms are with en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped with Jacuzzi bath and Bulgary amenities, and with magnificent views of the Adriatic or the gardens. All rooms are equipped with stylish furniture and combine tradition with modern amenities to satisfy the most discerning traveler.

On the second floor, below the turquoise tile cupola there is a media room whose modern stylish decor offers comfortable setting where to enjoy the magnificent view, and relax in its art technology and movies and music collection. On this floor there is also a private bathroom with luxurious bath.

Villa Sheherezade has ground area that extends over 4000 m² and comprises many colorful gardens and green areas that will introduce you to the timeless romance of this gracious villa and where you‘ll be able to enjoy a peaceful moment and enchanting nature’s scents and sounds of the sea nearby.
