Villa Mare is located right on the coast (1 m from the sea) of beautiful crystal clear sea with the private beach, in a well known town of sea captains- town of Orebic, situated on the Peljesac peninsula.
Villa Mare is a beautiful house made of stone and has a great position right on the coast. Villa is a perfect example of traditional Mediterranean style building. This extraordinary house is a witness of the great love affair between a beautiful stone and beautiful wood, living in harmonious relationship in each room of the villa. The crown of beauty certainly goes to colorful yard area rich in palm trees, rosemary, lavender and beautiful hibiscus flowers.
Villa Mare is made up of a ground floor, first and second floor.
Villa Mare has 4 bedrooms, number of beds: 7+2, 3 bathrooms and is suitable for accommodation 7- 9 people.
Ground floor of Villa Mare includes spacious living room with fireplace, professional fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area and bathroom with shower. Living area has 2 accesses to a spacious Mediterranean yard rich in variety of aromatic herbs. The yard is equipped with gazebo dining garnitures and an outdoor grill that will introduce you to the rich world of Dalmatian cuisine.
The first floor of villa is reachable by spiral wooden staircase. This is an area with two double and one single, all air-conditioned rooms, a smaller central lounge with SAT LCD TV for socializing and a fully equipped bathroom with shower.
On the second floor of the villa there is the master bedroom with a king-size bed. There is also a modern equipped bathroom with separate bath tub. From the bedroom window you can enjoy enchanting view of the sea and sea waves immersed in sun light. In this large area there is a possibility of placing an extra bed
Villa Mare is completely immerged in multicolored lush vegetation. A significant area of this property is certainly spacious garden rich in diverse Mediterranean vegetation and equipped with two large dining garnitures and with deck chairs for relaxing and sunbathing.
The yard of Villa Mare will surely made an impact on you with its charming and comfortable ambient, and will completely enchant you with its beautiful atmosphere, views, cents and sounds. From the courtyard of Villa Mare you have the sea and the islands of this great archipelago right at the palm of your hand.
Villa Mare has its own private beach where you can relax and engage yourself in the summer activities and commit yourself completely to the charms of summer. The beach is equipped with deckchairs and parasols.
The villa Mare is completely air-conditioned. It is equipped with heated floors, fireplace, satellite LDC TV, HI-FI, DVD, internet access, professional fully equipped kitchen with; stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, massage chair, garden furniture, beach chairs and sitting garnitures, fireplace, outdoor grill, baby cots and feeders available upon request, extra sleeping beds available upon request. Villa has parking spaces for guests.
