Sumartin was founded in 1646 by refugees from Makarska who had fled on ships from Turks. A century old house built on the waterfront and entirely made of the famous Brac stone will captivate you at first glance and as soon as you make a step into its stone-paved yard, you will feel a strong presence of old tradition and Dalmatian history that took place in these areas and that is still alive in this wonderful Dalmatian stone.

The main house of Villa Sea Stone occupies two floors that are ground floor and first floor (attic).
The entrance to the estate of Villa Sea Stone and the main accommodation facility is only a few meters from the beach and it takes you to a vast property, more specifically in the ground floor area of main house where you will find a living room that is decorated in beautiful traditional Dalmatian style whose most prominent feature is certainly a beautiful wall completely made of Brac stone. The living room is equipped with a sitting garniture, irresistible fireplace and with latest technology.
In the left corner of this spacious dining room there is a dining area with beautiful wooden dining garniture that fully complies with a beautiful interior design present in living room area.
On the ground floor of the main house of Villa Sea Stone there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and guest toilet.
On the first floor there are three comfortably furnished bedrooms with double beds, which offer a magnificent view of the beautiful environment and the authentic, untouched nature. On the first floor there are also two modern bathrooms.
