Inspiration with exotic Bali is fully evident through the exterior and interior of this unique Vila. Interior of the villa is based on a combination of many imported handicrafts, antique art, ornaments and exotic arts of Bali. Full spatial distribution is organized according Bali’s ideology and the vision of the architecture of open space. In this case this architectural miracle is fully facing the sea and offers unforgettable views that stretch from all corners of this truly unique and authentic masterpiece.
Villa Exotic occupies an area of 200m2 and extends over 2 residential floors (ground floor and first floor).
Villa Exotic has 3 bedrooms, number of beds: 7+3, 3 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 7-10 people.
The ground floor of Villa Exotic is made up of modern kitchen, equipped dining area with beautiful wooden dining garniture and authentically decorated sitting room equipped with sitting garniture of elegant design and riches in colorful authentic detail. The ground floor space is reachable through unusually large doors that extend across almost the full length of the outer wall and are located in the living room area. This door provides the living room with exit on a beautiful wooden plateau overlooking the crystal clear sea.
The ground floor of Villa Exotic and first floor are connected by a spiral stone staircase that blends perfectly with the overall interior design of this exotic villa.
On the first floor there is bedroom equipped with double bed, bedroom with double bed and extra single bed and a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower. In this part of the villa there is another exotically equipped bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has special visual appearance and is fully in synced with the overall interior of the villa. Also the bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace equipped with seating garnitures overlooking the amazing scenery, sea, sunrises and sunsets.
Villa Exotic has garden plot of 440m2 which is occupied by a beautiful green area completely in the service of your enjoyment. This area is rich with lush green lawn and small stone walls and is equipped with garden and dining garniture and designer deck chairs. This area also has a small wooden terrace or a small wooden plateau that screeches all the way to a small stone area, with outdoor fireplace ideal for preparation of various Dalmatian specialties.
Villa Exotic is fully air-conditioned. Villa has satellite TV, Hi-fi, wireless internet connection, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, barbecue, garden, dining and sitting furniture, deck chairs, outdoor shower. Villa Exotic has a fully equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic plates, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hood, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, oven and kettle. Baby cot and baby feeder are available upon request.
