Villa Dubrovnik Chateau is located on the property with surface of 2000 m2. Residential object has surface of 260 m2 (+250 m2 terrace) and is divided into two floors that are ground floor and first floor.
Villa Dubrovnik Chateau has 4 bedrooms, number of beds 8, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet and is suitable luxury accommodation for 8 people.
On the ground floor of Villa Dubrovnik Chateau there is professionally equipped kitchen; open spacious U-shaped living room divided into several sections and furnished with comfortable seating sets, appropriate technology, fireplace and bar. On this floor there is also dining room equipped with beautiful dining furniture and fireplace. At the end of the hallway, on the same floor there is one bedroom with large matrimonial bed, modern bathroom and guest toilet.
On the first floor of Villa Dubrovnik Chateau there are three spacious double bedrooms. One of these bed rooms is master bedroom equipped with king size bed and spacious luxury bathroom. Master bedroom has exit onto balcony.
One of the most attractive parts of Villa Dubrovnik Chateau is its spacious ground area crowned with numerous olive trees and amazing terrace with surface of 250 m2. Chateau Terrace of Villa Dubrovnik Chateau is lovely unit divided into covered and uncovered areas with unique sea view. On one part of the terrace there is very nice outdoor stone fireplace that is perfect for preparation of various gourmet specialties. In this section, there is also attractive pergola, which carefully keeps in shade beautiful wooden table and chairs, and is perfect place for dining and socializing outdoors.
