Ground area is connected to the first floor with spiral staircase.

On the first floor of villa a perfect place belongs to 2 spacious luxurious bedrooms with big king-size beds. One of the rooms is master bedroom with private bathroom equipped with designer bathtub and shower, while the second bedroom is spacious room with private bathroom and shower.
In a separate area of the first floor there is a guest toilet with shower.
This comfortable area has access through two glass walls to front southern terrace which has breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and offers relax on comfortable seating and dining furniture.

Villa also has separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and terrace with seating and dining furniture, while baby cot and feeder are available on request. Villa has one parking place in the garage and 3 parking places on the property.
