The ground floor of Villa Exclusive Jadran presents spacious, comfortable, bright and modernly designed space, which is primarily intended for resting and enjoyment in pleasant company. This part of the villa is made up of a spacious luxuriously furnished living room equipped with seating garniture for relaxing and LCD satellite TV.
The living room is connected with large glass panel to a beautiful terrace with floors made of exotic woods and completely turned towards the sea.
The special place of the front terrace belongs to heated swimming pool (size of 17 m2) hidden from the "prying" eyes and surrounded with seating garniture, parasols and deck chairs ideal for sunbathing. On this terrace you will find so much needed peace and quiet and surely you will get to know all the beauties of sipping cup of coffee in the morning listening just to the sound of the sea. The warm evenings filled with red and purple colors will reveal to you exceptional beauty of the sleepy and romantic sunsets, which only nature of this area is able to create.
Just few steps out of the terrace are leading to the long pebble beach situated by the crystal clear sea.
On the ground floor of the Villa Exclusive Jadran there is also a modernly furnished bedroom with big matrimonial bed and private bathroom with bathtub and balcony with magnificent sea view. This floor also has additional bathroom with shower. The ground floor, as well as all bathrooms of this exclusive villa, is equipped with underfloor heating.
The special place of this floor is taken by enclosed intimate space with big dining table and chairs for ten people, where you can enjoy in a good company tasting various Dalmatian specialties and delicacies, prepared on the outdoor stone grill which is also included in the offer of this luxurious holiday villa.
The ground floor is connected with steps to the first floor of the villa, where also stands out a south oriented living room area with garniture for relaxing, LCD satellite TV and fireplace. In the same space there are a dining section with a table and four chairs and modernly equipped kitchen. Glass panels connect the living room area on the first floor with a balcony which has a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea.
The first floor also has two modern bedrooms with king-sized beds and private bathrooms with shower cabins and balconies.
The second floor of the Villa Exclusive Jadran is designed to the last detail with a special attention given to the south oriented living room area with garniture for relaxing, LCD satellite TV and fireplace which keeps warm this whole space in the wintertime.
The dining section with table for 8 people, large modernly equipped kitchen and living area are making of this space one whole unite connected with the glass panel to a balcony with beautiful view of the sea glimmering while it is being touched by sun rays. On that balcony you can enjoy looking at the playful dance of the sea waves and sailing boats gently filling their sails with warm sea breeze.
This floor has bedroom with matrimonial bed and own bathroom with bathtub, while the second bedroom has matrimonial bed and bathroom with shower cabin.
The roof of the Villa Exclusive Jadran is turned into a sundeck with floor made of exotic woods and is entirely hidden from views of passers-by which will provide you with privacy and sense of complete freedom while you are indulging all your senses.
Luxury Villa Exclusive Jadran is completely air conditioned, while the ground floor and all bathrooms have underfloor heating. In each room, as well as in the living rooms of the villa, there is a LCD satellite TV, while the rest of the villa offers in order to make your stay in the villa as comfortable as possible CD and DVD players, PS 3, Hi-Fi system and wireless Internet access. Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with stove with 4 ceramic hotplates, refrigerator with freezer, oven, hood, microwave, dish washer, electric kettle, water heater, coffee maker, lemon squeezer, toaster and blender. In the separate facility there are washing and drying machines, while iron and ironing board, hair dryer, safe, baby cot and feeder are available on request. Villa Exclusive Jadran has 3 reserved parking spots for its guests, and also offers a motor yacht for rental and exploring undersea world of Adriatic.
Distance from the sea is 2 m, from the center of Drasnice 100 m and 11 km from Makarska.
