So, exterior of the villa with outdoor terrace, gravel floor, pool and stone plateaus features pebble beach and sea, which is in the interior of villa further emphasized with dominant blue and white colors and tastefully designed rooms with special attention given to the details – such as рaintings with sea and ship motives on the walls and simply obligatory balconies with breathtaking views of the sea and mountain. Luxury Villa Exclusive Pag lies on enclosed estate covering an area of 1500 m2, while villa itself has surface of 295 m2 and spreads over 3 floors: the ground floor, first and second floor.
Luxury Villa Exclusive Pag has 8 facilities, 5 of which are bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 5 bathrooms, and is suitable for comfortable accommodation of 12 people.
Luxury Villa Exclusive Pag was built of stones, and has outer and inner communication between floors. All rooms are tastefully and modernly decorated and furnished with designer furniture.
The ground floor of Luxury Villa Exclusive Pag represents comfortable and spacious space where you will indulge yourself in culinary delights, good company and warm atmosphere just relaxing with your friends or family. All rooms on this floor are merged into one unified whole, but separated by the smallest amount of compartments, which creates an impression of comfort and openness of the space. The ground floor of Luxury Villa Exclusive Pag comprises of fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with seating garniture and dining room with modern table and chairs. The ground area also has closed terrace with seating garniture, where stand out beautiful big stone table and barbecue with „peka“ (big iron cooking bell) which will introduce you to traditional dishes from Dalmatian cuisine, such as bread or lamb prepared under “peka”.
Beautiful wooden staircase with glass wall leading from the ground floor to the first floor of Villa Exclusive Pag will introduce you to the harmonious „world of dreams and indulgence”. This floor is made up of 5 modern and luxurious furnished bedrooms and 4 modern spacious bathrooms with shower cabins. 3 bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, one bedroom has two twin beds and the last one is petnhouse with corner sofa and two separate beds. But, a special treat waits for you on the balconies of bedrooms on the first floor. Balconies are equipped with seating garniture where you can indulge yourself in sunbathing and breathtaking views of this fairy tale scenery where the sea, the mountain and virgin nature blend into each other.
The second floor of the Villa Exclusive Pag is occupied by a spacious living room with modern seating garniture, inner fireplace and bathroom. This highest floor of the villa offers beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Velebit Mountain which will take your breath away.
Beautiful „sea“ interior of Villa Exclusive Pag is perfectly complimented by its exterior, where you will spend the most beautiful moments during your stay in villa and which will bring you refreshment during long hot summer days. Exterior is dominated by outdoor terrace with swimming pool of remarkable size (72 m) surrounded by gravel floor and 2 stone plateaus. The first stone plateau is equipped with deck chairs for relaxing and enjoying in sunbathing, while the second stone plateau is a dining area with seating cane furniture, ideal for enjoying in meals in the open area under the modernly designed sunshade. This combination of gravel, stone plateaus and pool will make you feel like you are on a real pebble beach near endless blue sea, but in this case you will have all necessary privacy which will keep you away from all prying eyes. Closu to swimming pool there is also Jacuzzi. In addition to daily relaxation in the sun by the pool, terrace will reveal all its magical powers only at night, when its lights will create beautiful visual effects, which will complete your experience of this unique villa.
Luxury Villa Exclusive Pag is fully air conditioned and has central heating. It is equipped with satellite TV and CD and DVD players. Villa has 2 completely equipped kitchen (on the ground floor) with stove (2 ceramic hotplates), hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle and coffee machine. Villa also has washing and drying machines, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, seating furniture, deck chairs, 2 inner fireplaces, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor and closed terrace, barbecue and table tennis table. Villa offers 7 parking spaces in the backside of the house.
Distance to the sea is 100 m, to the town center 5 km.
