Dubrovnik Art House is located in a prestigious part of Dubrovnik, on the quiet street in the center of the town, just few steps away from the famous Dubrovnik square – Stradun (10 m) and 150 m from the sea and famous Dubrovnik beach Banja.
Dubrovnik Art House is completely renovated three story house which got name after the artists. It proudly bears its name which is noticeable as soon as you step into the Dubrovnik Art House - you will get a feeling like time has stopped and returned you to some other, ancient and wonderful time. House is situated in the Old Town of Dubrovnik proudly representing everything that city of Dubrovnik represents itself: culture, elegancy, tradition and exceptional beauty. The interior of Dubrovnik Art House reflects the past times and in interaction with modern and highly functional amenities creates perfect ambience for relaxation, peaceful and pleasant holidays.
Dubrovnik Art House covers an area of 156 m2 and has three floors: first floor, second floor and third floor.
Dubrovnik Art House has 3 bedrooms, number of beds: 5+1; 3 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 6 people.
On the first floor of Dubrovnik Art House there is a spacious double bedroom with big king size bed that occupies the entire first floor of the house and offers indulgence, relaxation and comfortable accommodation. Bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower.
The second floor of the house consists of a living room which in the combination with tastefully designed and restored stone walls, wooden beams and antique wooden floor creates ideal ambience for reading, resting or socializing. Living room is equipped with comfortable sofa, arm-chairs and satellite TV, while the small bar counter separates this part from the dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
The second floor of Dubrovnik Art House is connected to the last floor with wooden staircase which will introduce you to the „world of dreams“. In this part of the house there are two bedrooms, one of which is a spacious bedroom with matrimonial bed and private bathroom with massage shower, and the second one is bedroom with bed for one person and private bathroom with shower.
This special and unique house Dubrovnik Art House is fully air conditioned and has SAT TV, kitchen equipped with stove (4 ceramic hotplates), oven, hood, freezer, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker machine and toaster. House also offers washing machine, iron and ironing board. Parking spots are available on the public parking lot and are extra charged.
Distance from the sea is 150 m (beach Banja). It is situated in the center of Dubrovnik, just 10 m from the main square Stradun.
